REGISTRATION STEP

Once a paper is accepted the registration phase begins. The authors have to complete following FOUR steps.

1. Step 1 – Registration Fee

   UNPRI affiliated Student	Rp.	1.500.000
   UNPRI affiliated Lecturer/Staff	Rp.	1.000.000
   Domestic / Outside UNPRI Affiliation	Rp.	1.800.000
   International Participant	USD	136,63 (Rp. 2.100.000)

   
   
   • All participants must be registered; please pay the registration fee;
   • Only registered authors can participate in conferences and present their papers;
   • If the registered author is absent, another co-author in his/her status can replace it;
   • It is mandatory for the author of an accepted paper to register and present so that it can be published in the Proceedings and included in the Technical Program;
   • Students must submit a copy of the Identity Card and the recommendation letter from the Supervisor/Promotor. Download the template of the recommendation letter here(TBA);
   • All presenters are highly encouraged to join the poster session for free, with no additional cost. The template of the poster PPT file can be downloaded here;
   • The poster can be submitted through this link;
   • The Best Paper and The Best Poster will get reward and will be announced at the end of conference;
   • Domestics and International Participants will be cordially invited to the Welcome Dinner (Day 1) and City Tour (Day 2);
   • During the conference, all participants will be served hospitality, snacks, lunch boxes, and coffee breaks;
   • For accommodation, we provide the luxury Guest House in 22F UNPRI Main Campus jl. Sampul No.3, Medan. The priority is for the Domestics and International Participants. Please contact this number for reservation.
   
   

2. Step 2 – Copyright Transfer

   All Authors have to sign the Copyright Transfer Form electronically. Download the form here.

   
   

3. Step 3 – Camera Ready Paper Submission

   You have to submit the camera-ready paper following the conference standard.

   
   

4. Step 4 – Registration

   For accepted paper, please register as soon as possible.
