REGISTRATION STEP

Once a paper is submitted. The authors have to complete following Five steps.

  1. Step 1 – Submission Fee

    • All participants must first pay the submission fee;
    • The submission fee is non-refundable;
    • The paper is first submitted to the UNICOM: UNPRI Conference Management System for editor decision, formatting and proofread;
    • The paper is then submitted to the EDAS Conference papers submission system;
    • Only the paper that passed the UNICOM system can be submitted to the EDAS Conference papers submission system;
    • All participants then must be registered, so please pay the registration fee;
    • Only registered authors can participate in conferences and present their papers;
    • If the registered author is absent, another co-author in his/her status can replace it;
    • It is mandatory for the author of an accepted paper to register and present so that it can be published in the Proceedings and included in the Technical Program;
    • Students must submit a copy of the Identity Card and the recommendation letter from the Supervisor/Promotor. Download the template of the recommendation letter here(TBA);
    • All presenters are highly encouraged to join the poster session for free, with no additional cost. The template of the poster PPT file can be downloaded here;
    • The poster can be submitted through this TBA
    • The template powerpoint for presentation can be downloaded here;
    • The Best Paper and The Best Poster will get reward and will be announced at the end of conference;
    • Domestics and International Participants will be cordially invited to the Welcome Dinner (Day 1), Conference Dinner (Day 2) and City Tour (Day 3, Optional).
    • During the conference, all participants will be served hospitality, snacks, lunch boxes, and coffee breaks;
    • For accommodation, we provide the luxury Guest House in 22F UNPRI Main Campus jl. Sampul No.3, Medan. The priority is for the Domestics and International Participants. Please contact this number for reservation.


  3. Step 3 – Ethical Clearance

    All Authors have to have the ethical clearance letter from the institution or the ethical committee. The letter should be attached to the paper submission. The ethical clearance letter should be in English and signed by the authorized person. The template of the ethical clearance letter can be downloaded here.


  4. Step 4 – Camera Ready Paper Submission

    You have to submit the camera-ready paper following the conference standard.


  5. Step 5 – Registration

    For accepted paper, please register as soon as possible.
