REGISTRATION

Once a paper is accepted, the registration phase begins. Authors are required to complete the following four steps.

Note: Registration fees listed above already include the IDR 500,000 submission fee.

Registration Guidelines

All participants must be registered. Please pay the registration fee and submit the abstract.
Only registered authors can participate in the conference and present their papers.
If the registered author is absent, another co-author with the same registration status may replace the author for presentation.
It is mandatory for the author of an accepted paper to register and present the paper so that it can be included in the Proceedings and Technical Program.
Students must submit a copy of their Identity Card and a recommendation letter from their Supervisor or Promotor.
All presenters are highly encouraged to join the poster session free of additional charge.
The poster template can be downloaded here.
At least one month before the conference, the poster softcopy should be sent to icolifemed@unprimdn.ac.id. The committee will work on the final editing layout and provide the printed version of the poster.
The Best Paper and Best Poster will be rewarded and announced at the end of the conference.
Domestic and International Participants will be invited to the Welcome Dinner on Day 1, Conference Dinner on Day 2, and Field Trip on Day 3, which is optional.
During the conference, participants will be provided with hospitality, snacks, lunch boxes, and coffee breaks.
Guest House accommodation is available on the 22nd Floor of UNPRI Main Campus, Jl. Sampul No. 3, Medan. Priority is given to domestic and international participants.

After sending your registration payment by bank wire transfer, scan the bank receipt and attach the PDF file in an email to icolifemed@unprimdn.ac.id.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer

All authors have to sign the Copyright Transfer Form electronically.

The Copyright Transfer Form download link will be provided by the conference committee.

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission

Authors must submit the camera-ready paper following the conference standard.

Authors of accepted papers should incorporate the reviewers' suggested corrections before submitting the revised manuscript as the final camera-ready version.
