ICOLIFEMED 2026

In recent decades, increasing evidence has highlighted the pivotal role of lifestyle factors - such as nutrition, physical activity, and stress management - in the prevention and management of chronic diseases. Lifestyle medicine has emerged in response, promoting behavior change to improve individual and population health. Concurrently, there is renewed global interest in traditional and natural medicine, which emphasizes holistic approaches including mind-body therapies and herbal interventions. Recognizing the potential synergy between these disciplines, The 3rd International Conference on Lifestyle Diseases and Natural Medicine (ICOLIFEMED) will be held on November 23-24, 2026, at the Main Campus of Universitas Prima Indonesia in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. With the theme "Empowering Health through Innovation, Integration, and Community Engagement," the conference aims to convene researchers, clinicians, policymakers, and stakeholders to explore evidence-based strategies and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. Around 200 participants and presenters from Australia, Japan, China, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and Indonesia are expected to attend this international event.
