GUIDELINES - PAPERS FOR REVIEW

All papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS Conference papers submission system: https://edas.info/32790 and you can check the guidance of the EDAS registration here. To ensure high standards, all contributed papers will be reviewed by two independent reviewers with expertise in the field of research. The Publication Chair will accept the papers based on the reviewer's comments. Upon acceptance of the full paper, the author will be notified via email, incorporate the reviewer's suggested corrections, and submit the revised manuscript as a camera-ready submission to the EDAS Conference papers submission system.

FIRST PAPER SUBMISSION

All papers submitted to the ICOLIFEMED 2024 must be written in English and formatted in the standard Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings format (A4 size). The LaTeX manuscript template can be downloaded here. Failing to conform the standard format will result in rejection.

• All papers must be submitted electronically through EDAS Conference papers submission system: https://edas.info/32790 Instead of Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome are suggested.
• All regular and invited papers are limited to about 6 (six) to 10 (ten) pages.
• The decision regarding the acceptance of the papers is at the discretion of the Publication Chair. Note that short manuscripts are not considered.
• To facilitate the paper's double-blind peer review process, authors should ensure that information about the author's identity does not appear anywhere in the text body of the paper (for the first submission).
• Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors listed in the paper must attend the conference and present the paper according to the schedule of the conference. In the event that the presenter is unable to attend the conference for any reasons, your accepted paper will not be considered for submission of the publications.
• At least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for the ICOLIFEMED 2024 to upload the final manuscript.
• Letter of Acceptance (LoA) will be given after the registrant pays the registration fee.
• Accepted AND presented papers will be published in conference proceeding and will be submitted to the publisher for further indexing.
• Authors should be transparent throughout the ethical approval process and research process. For studies with human participants, please attach the informed consent document (to participate and / or to publish) was obtained from participants. For studies with animals, please attach the ethical clearance document.

FORMATTING YOUR FINAL PAPER

The papers (accepted and presented) of ICOLIFEMED 2024 will be electronically published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted for indexation by SCOPUS, Google Scholar, and others. The accepted papers must fulfill the publisher's requirements regarding the final submitted version. The minimum and maximum length are 6 to 10 pages. Please follow strictly the following steps:

1. All papers submitted to the ICOLIFEMED 2024 must be written in English and formatted in the standard publisher format. Failing to conform to the standard format will result in rejection.
2. Generate a PDF version of your final paper by using several LaTeX tool (for example Overleaf).
3. Click on the “My Papers” menu item at the top of the page. This will produce a list of all your papers on the EDAS system.
4. Click on the title of the paper that you want to submit. This will take you to the individual paper page that contains all details of the paper.
5. Ensure all author information is stored correctly on EDAS and matches the information on the PDF file.
6. Click on the "Upload Manuscript" icon. The EDAS upload button will be used to upload the EDAS within the "Final Manuscript" field. This will take you to a new page.
