PAPER SUBMISSION

ICOLIFEMED 2026 invites full-length, high-quality, and original papers related to lifestyle diseases, natural medicine, preventive health, maternal and family health, health systems, and community empowerment.

All manuscripts must be submitted through the UNPRI Conference Management System (UNICOM) and will undergo peer review prior to the final publication decision.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Authors should prepare their manuscript using the official ICOLIFEMED Word template.

2 Prepare the Manuscript

Manuscripts must be written in English and prepared according to the conference template.

Authors should clearly describe the research background, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions, and provide sufficient information to support the validity and reproducibility of the study.

3 Research Ethics and Transparency

Authors should be transparent regarding ethical approval and the research process.

For studies involving human participants, authors should provide appropriate information regarding informed consent to participate and/or publish where applicable.

For studies involving animals or research requiring institutional ethical approval, relevant ethical clearance information should be included where applicable.

4 Submit through UNICOM

Submit the manuscript through the UNPRI Conference Management System:

After logging in, select the appropriate ICOLIFEMED 2026 conference from the active conferences and choose New Submission.

5 Peer Review

Each contributed paper will be reviewed by two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the submitted research.

The Publication Chair will make the acceptance decision based on the reviewers' comments.

6 Revision and Camera-Ready Submission

Upon acceptance, authors will be notified and should incorporate the reviewers' suggested corrections.

The revised manuscript must then be submitted as the final camera-ready paper through the conference submission system.

7 Registration and Presentation

At least one author of an accepted paper must complete registration and present the paper during ICOLIFEMED 2026.

Registration fees include the IDR 500,000 submission fee as stated in the current Terms of Reference.

SCIENTIFIC TRACKS

Track 1. Lifestyle Diseases and Preventive Health Innovations

Focuses on cutting-edge research and practical innovations in lifestyle interventions - nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management - for preventing and managing chronic diseases in clinical and community settings.

Track 2. Natural and Integrative Medicine in Modern Healthcare

Explores evidence-based use of natural products, traditional therapies, and integrative approaches, highlighting their mechanisms, safety, and synergy with modern medicine for holistic and personalized patient care.

Track 3. Maternal, Child, and Family Health in Disease Prevention

Addresses preventive and therapeutic strategies targeting maternal, child, and family health through lifestyle and natural medicine approaches, with an emphasis on early intervention, nutrition, and wellbeing.

Track 4. Health Systems, Policy, and Community Empowerment

Examines policies, system-level strategies, and community-based initiatives to integrate holistic health models, enhance accessibility, and empower populations in managing lifestyle-related and chronic health conditions.

01 Manuscript Submission

Submit through UNICOM.

02 Peer Review

Reviewed by two independent reviewers.

03 Revision

Authors address reviewers' comments.

04 Camera Ready

Submit the corrected final manuscript.
