In recent decades, increasing evidence has highlighted the pivotal role of lifestyle factors—such as nutrition, physical activity, and stress management—in the prevention and management of chronic diseases. Lifestyle medicine has emerged in response, promoting behavior change to improve individual and population health. Concurrently, there is renewed global interest in traditional and natural medicine, which emphasizes holistic approaches including mind-body therapies and herbal interventions. Recognizing the potential synergy between these disciplines, The 2nd International Conference on Lifestyle Diseases and Natural Medicine (ICOLIFEMED) , which will be held on November 10–11, 2025 With the theme “Integration of Healthy Lifestyle and Natural Medicine in the Prevention and Management of Modern Diseases,” the conference aims to convene researchers, clinicians, policymakers, and stakeholders to explore evidence-based strategies and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. Around 100 participants and presenters from Australia, Japan, China, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and Indonesia are expected to attend this significant international event.

Welcome to the 2nd International Conference on Lifestyle Diseases and Natural Medicine (ICOLIFEMED), which will be held at November 10–11 2025 in Universitas Prima Indonesia Main Campus, Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. The review process for accepted papers will be conducted independently by the publication committee to ensure high-quality contributions. The publisher will provide article formats, LATEX formats, poster templates, and printed files. Selected papers, the best paper, and the best poster will be judged fairly by the committee and audience votes. The conference will also feature technical sessions, invited sessions, panel discussions, and keynote addresses. We solicit full-length, high-quality, and original papers on the following Tracks:

Lifestyle Diseases and Preventive Health Innovations (#1)

Focuses on cutting-edge research and practical innovations in lifestyle interventions—nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management—for preventing and managing chronic diseases in clinical and community settings.

Natural and Integrative Medicine in Modern Healthcare (#2)

Explores evidence-based use of natural products, traditional therapies, and integrative approaches, highlighting their mechanisms, safety, and synergy with modern medicine for holistic and personalized patient care.

Maternal, Child, and Family Health in Disease Prevention (#3)

Addresses preventive and therapeutic strategies targeting maternal, child, and family health through lifestyle and natural medicine approaches, with an emphasis on early intervention, nutrition, and wellbeing across the lifespan.

Health Systems, Policy, and Community Empowerment (#4)

Examines policies, system-level strategies, and community-based initiatives to integrate holistic health models, enhance accessibility, and empower populations in managing lifestyle-related and chronic health conditions.
